Three steps to your first allocation

  3. Create a test order in BatchSlot or a Shopify order for the selected product.

Common questions

Which orders does BatchSlot process?+

Only orders containing products you selected inside BatchSlot reserve production capacity. Other products are ignored by the allocation rule.

What happens when an order does not fit?+

The complete order is placed in the waiting queue. It is not split between batches. You can add capacity, create a batch, or use Pro automatic batch creation.

What happens when an order is cancelled?+

BatchSlot releases its active allocation and returns the quantity to the batch capacity. Waiting orders can then use the available space.

How does billing work?+

Shopify handles plan approval, the 14-day Pro trial, and charges. The Free plan supports 20 processed orders per month and one open batch. Pro removes these limits and adds automation.

Does BatchSlot store customer contact details?+

No. Allocation uses the order ID, order number, and selected product quantity. BatchSlot does not store customer names, email addresses, shipping addresses, or payment information.
